- Perform ICSR case processing, including case booking and triage
- Handle spontaneous, clinical trial, and literature cases
- Ensure accurate data entry and case evaluation in safety databases
- Apply strong medical terminology knowledge in case assessment
- Maintain compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Support drug safety operations and reporting activities
๐ฏ Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences / Clinical Research
- 2.5โ4.5 years experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on expertise in:
- ICSR case processing
- Safety database handling
- Literature screening (preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of global PV regulations (ICH, GVP)
