๐ง Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Manage and execute clinical trials and study operations
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform TMF management, QC, and documentation review
- Conduct ICSR processing, MedDRA coding, and PV activities
- Perform data validation, query management, and CRF review
- Develop SAS programs, datasets, listings, and tables
- Lead project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Support audit readiness and inspection preparation
- Collaborate with sponsors, sites, and global stakeholders
๐ Qualifications Required
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing / Medicine / Statistics / Biotechnology
- Experience:
- Freshers to experienced (role-dependent)
- 1โ2 years (Clinical Support roles)
- Relevant experience for CRA, PV, Programming, PM roles
- Strong knowledge of:
- ICH-GCP guidelines
- Clinical trial lifecycle
- Pharmacovigilance & safety reporting
- Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / SAS / EDC tools (role-specific)
