1. Senior Medical Editor (Sponsor-Dedicated) – Remote
Location: IND-Remote
Type: Full-time | Remote (Pre-approved)
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and quality-check medical, regulatory, and clinical documents.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global guidelines.
- Mentor medical writers and editors.
- Lead large editorial projects and maintain timelines.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong command of AMA Manual of Style.
- 5+ years of medical editing or scientific writing experience.
2. Sr Safety Specialist (Literature Review) – Gurugram/Hyderabad
Type: Office-based | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct global and local literature searches in PubMed, Embase, and Medline.
- Manage literature case reviews (Global + Local).
- Train teams and lead internal meetings.
- Ensure compliance with GVP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and literature review.
- Expertise in quality checks, citation review, and workflow management.
3. Safety & PV Specialist II (Literature Review) – Gurugram/Hyderabad
Type: Office-based | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform systematic literature searches and summarize safety data.
- Process ICSRs and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
- Maintain data accuracy and contribute to safety management plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
- 3+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (Literature case reviewing).
- Familiarity with GVP Module 6 and safety databases.
4. IMS Recon Specialist I – Gurgaon
Type: Office-based | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reconciliation and investigator payment data.
- Review internal site contracts and Oracle database entries.
- Prepare detailed Excel reports and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of industry experience.
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Prior experience in clinical finance or auditing preferred.
