Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Operations Specialist will support global clinical trials and coordinate operational activities across investigator sites and study teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clinical monitoring teams in site management and operational activities
- Acting as a sponsor representative for investigator sites on assigned clinical studies
- Ensuring compliance with protocol requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Creating and maintaining clinical project files and documentation
- Managing clinical tracking systems and databases
- Tracking and processing clinical and regulatory documents for investigator sites
- Managing shared mailboxes and coordinating communication between study teams
- Coordinating clinical supply logistics including packaging, shipping, and tracking
- Supporting clinical trial team meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Participating in file audits and quality checks
- Anticipating operational challenges and implementing corrective actions
- Providing training or mentorship to junior Clinical Operations Specialists when required
Required Qualifications
