Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to high-impact consulting projects across commercial, R&D, and strategic domains:
Strategic & Analytical Work
- Conduct secondary market research, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.
- Provide inputs for strategic recommendations, client presentations, and business insights.
- Identify relevant datasets and use critical thinking to develop evidence-based solutions.
Client & Project Support
- Assist with cross-functional project management for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Support transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, business processes, and technology.
- Develop structured storyboards, reports, and executive-level decks.
Commercial & Market Strategy
- Contribute to launch planning, market access, customer engagement, and positioning strategies.
- Communicate findings through text, visuals, and analytics dashboards.
Internal Contributions
- Participate in proposals, business development, process improvements, and internal training.
- Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional teams.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Economics, or related fields)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and research capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen
Desired Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in business or life sciences
- Experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or biotech
- Understanding of end-to-end pharma/biotech value chain
