Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance (QA): IPQA, batch release, documentation (BMR/BPR), QMS, validation, audit facing (USFDA/MHRA etc.)
- Quality Control (QC): Raw material, in-process, finished product & stability testing using HPLC, GC, UV, IR etc.
- Production (Automation): API manufacturing in automated block, reactor handling, distillation, filtration, drying, technology transfer
Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- 1–6 years hands-on experience in regulated API/pharma manufacturing
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and data integrity
- Familiarity with HPLC, GC, and other advanced analytical instruments (for QC)
- Ready to relocate/work in Choutuppal, Telangana
