Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Jr. Officer / Officer)
- Conduct in-process quality checks and documentation compliance
- Perform GMP audits and CAPA implementation
- Handle batch record reviews and deviation investigations
- Ensure regulatory compliance in Choutuppal pharma manufacturing
Quality Control (Jr. Chemist / Chemist / Sr. Chemist)
- Execute analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry
- Perform stability studies and method validation
- Maintain laboratory instruments and calibration records
- Generate COA and investigate OOS results
Production – Automation Block (Jr. Chemist / Chemist / Sr. Chemist)
- Operate automated production lines and PLC systems
- Monitor batch manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize yield
- Implement process validation protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical)
- Experience Requirements:
- QA Jr. Officer/Officer: 2-6 years
- QC Jr. Chemist: 1-3 years
- QC Chemist/Sr. Chemist: 3-5 years
- Production Jr./Chemist: 1-3 years
- Production Sr. Chemist: 3-6 years
