Role Overview

Sycon is seeking motivated professionals for the positions of Analyst / Senior Analyst in the Bioanalytical Department. These roles involve hands-on work with cutting-edge techniques to support drug development and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
• Handle method development, validation, and analysis of subject samples.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data review, and support for regulatory compliance.
• Manage instrument handling, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Experience: Open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience in a bioanalytical laboratory (higher experience preferred for Senior Analyst level).
• Strong knowledge of bioanalytical workflows, LC-MS/MS operations, and data integrity principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work as a team player.
