Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain SAP Specialist, you will handle:
Order-to-Delivery Management
- Complete Order-to-Delivery (O2D) cycle in SAP.
- Review customer orders, pricing, expiry dates & PO terms.
- Execute material management—GRN, stock transfers, order punching, invoice generation, stock reconciliation, purchase order creation.
SAP & 3PL Operations
- Daily reconciliation between SAP and 3PL ERP to ensure inventory and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with 3PL teams for pick–pack–dispatch until final delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with Commercial & Finance teams for customer code creation, pricing setups, and order release.
- Handle product queries, availability, pricing, shipment documents, and technical requests.
Reporting & Business Support
- Generate MIS reports: OTIF, OLFR, delivery schedules, and orderbook updates.
- Maintain order status trackers, pending orders list, and revenue recognition compliance.
- Support sales team with real-time order status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules, especially in supply chain workflows.
- Understanding of interface management between SAP and 3PL systems.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Business acumen, analytical thinking & project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under deadlines.
Preferred Background:
Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, SAP Functional roles.
