Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle IPQA activities and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
- Review batch records and documentation
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform RM/PM/FG testing
- Handle HPLC and stability studies
- Maintain proper documentation
Production
- Manage granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
- Ensure production targets and quality standards
Maintenance
- Maintain electrical and mechanical systems
- Oversee utilities like water systems, AHU, DHU
Operators
- Operate machinery in assigned departments
- Maintain safety and quality standards during production
Required Qualifications
For Officer / Executive Roles
- B.Sc, M.Sc
- D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
For Operator Roles
- 10th / 12th Pass
- ITI / BA / B.Sc
Experience Required
- Officer / Executive Roles: 2 to 11 years
- Operator Roles: 2 to 10 years
