Job Overview
Sun Pharma is hiring for the position of Jr. Officer / Officer โ Stores under its Global API Business unit. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in API manufacturing store operations who want to grow in a structured and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Stores Officer, you will be responsible for handling warehouse and material management operations efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Verification of receipt documents
- Unloading of raw materials and tanker handling
- Preparation of GIM (Goods Inward Memo)
- Affixing quarantine labels
- Coordinating sampling and testing activities
- Preparing material issue documents
- Dispensing of material balances
- Calibration of weighing balances
- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and environmental conditions
- Cleaning and maintenance of dispensing equipment
- Conducting periodic stock verification
- Handling recovered solvents receipt and issue control
- Managing tanker yard operations
- Coordinating with production and other departments
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc (Chemistry)
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Stores department of API manufacturing units
