Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature searches and interpret data for product development.
- Design product strategy and collaborate with team leaders.
- Execute formulation and process optimization trials, ensuring compliance with desired product profiles.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and assist in documentation (QbD elements, MFC, etc.).
- Oversee scale-up, exhibit batches, process validation, and commercial batch execution.
- Work across global markets (India, US, OAM, EM).

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years in formulation development (oral solid dosage forms preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of QbD, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA), and scale-up processes.
- Proficiency in documentation and data compilation.
