Job Responsibilities
Quality Control Analysts (Officer/Sr. Officer)
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, finished products, intermediates, and stability samples.
- Perform instrumentation and sampling tasks with precision.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Document analytical results accurately for audits and reviews.
Microbiology Analysts (Officer/Sr. Officer)
- Execute sterile and non-sterile microbiological operations.
- Perform sterility testing, microbial limit tests (MLT), bacterial endotoxin tests (BET), water analysis, and media preparation.
- Maintain lab hygiene and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Quality Assurance Officers (Officer/Sr. Officer)
- Oversee In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities.
- Monitor media fill activities and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) shop floor operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed reports.
Qualifications
- Quality Control Analysts: B.Pharma or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology with 2-5 years of experience in raw material analysis, instrumentation, or stability testing.
- Microbiology Analysts: M.Sc. in Microbiology with 2-5 years of experience in sterile/non-sterile operations, sterility testing, and water analysis.
- Quality Assurance Officers: B.Pharma or M.Pharma with 2-5 years of experience in IPQA, media fill, and OSD shop floor activities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
