🔹 1. Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) – Job Responsibilities

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Maintain study documentation (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, reports).
• Organize and manage electronic/paper study files.
• Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and travel coordination.

Regulatory Compliance Support

• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents.
• Support GCP compliance and regulatory requirements.

Site Coordination & Communication

• Track site invoices and payment status.
• Handle vendor code generation and vendor tracking.

🔹 2. Executive – Trial Master File (eTMF Executive) – Job Responsibilities

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate, complete, inspection-ready TMF.
• Review and approve TMF documents for compliance.
• Manage version control and document consistency.

System Oversight

• Maintain the eTMF structure, folders, and system health.
• Ensure continuous system updates and inspection readiness.

Regulatory & Audit Support

• Serve as TMF point of contact during audits.
• Support health authority inspection preparation.

Coordination & Process Improvement

• Coordinate with CRAs for TMF updates.
• Conduct periodic TMF gap analyses and share findings.
• Continuously improve eTMF workflows.

🎓 Educational Qualifications (For Both Roles)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Nursing/Public Health
  OR
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
• Experience: 0–2 years in Clinical Research (freshers eligible)
