Job Responsibilities
Technician (Production – OSD Formulation)
- Operate and maintain production equipment in granulation, packing, coating, compression, and capsule filling.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor shop floor activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Document processes and report deviations promptly.
Senior Officer/Executive (QC/Microbiology)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC with Empower software, GC, and dissolution testing in FG/Stability Lab.
- Conduct environmental monitoring, media preparation, and water sampling.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Analyze and report test results to maintain product quality.
Qualifications
Technician (Production – OSD Formulation)
- Education: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–10 years in pharmaceutical production, with hands-on knowledge of formulation processes (granulation, packing, coating, compression, or capsules).
- Skills: Strong understanding of production shop floor operations and USFDA compliance.
Senior Officer/Executive (QC/Microbiology)
- Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Chemistry/Microbiology.
- Experience: 2–5 years in QC or microbiology, with expertise in HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, and GLP.
- Skills: Proficiency in Empower software, environmental monitoring, and media preparation.
Mandatory: Exposure to USFDA-approved plants for all roles.
