Open Positions & Requirements:
Sun Pharma is currently recruiting for various roles within its Production and Quality Engineering departments. Below is a detailed breakdown of the open positions, qualifications, and experience requirements:
Production Department:
- Technician:
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BSc
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Desired Exposure: Experience with Groninger vial filling, Fedegari Autoclave, NKP vial Filling machine, lyophilizer, spray dryer, aseptic processes, media fill, manufacturing SKID, and exposure to CIP/SIP and QMS. Knowledge of breakdown and preventive maintenance of autoclaves, vial and bottle filling machines, and lyophilizers is essential.
- Management Associate (Injectable):
- Qualification: B.Pharm./M.Sc.
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Desired Exposure: Similar experience to the Technician role, with a focus on managerial aspects of production.
- Sr. Officer/Executive (Injectable):
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Desired Exposure: Extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment, including autoclaves and filling machines. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Management Associate (Mech/Elec/EC):
- Qualification: B. Pharm.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Desired Exposure: Experience in managing teams and projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Quality Engineering Department:
- Officer/Sr. Officer:
- Qualification: B.E. (Electrical/Electronics) / B. Pharm.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Desired Exposure: Knowledge of validation processes for different equipment and experience with smoke studies. Understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) is crucial.
