๐ธ Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining the global Pharmacovigilance system auditing program.
- Conduct and report audits for CROs, vendors, affiliates, and Sun Pharma sites.
- Manage the Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
- Review deviations and ensure adequacy of CAPA across global and regional levels.
- Review and prepare Pharmacovigilance SOPs for compliance with global standards.
- Support during corporate and external audits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain quality standards in pharmacovigilance operations.
- Track and monitor global actions as part of corporate quality initiatives.
- Maintain PV documentation in accordance with regulatory and quality standards.
๐ Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Post Graduate in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or BDS
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance QA
- OR 2 years in PSUR/Signal management
