Job Overview
We are looking for an Executive in Biotechnology to join our team at the Tandalja R&D center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology, cell biology, and animal cell culture, with hands-on experience in cell-based assays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multiplex-based cytokine release assays and ELISPOT/flow cytometry-based T cell assays to measure the innate and adaptive immunogenicity of synthetic peptide products.
- Analyze study samples for all pipeline products.
- Isolate PBMC from whole blood and maintain commercial cell lines.
- Compile data, perform quality control, and conduct statistical analysis.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), method development reports (MDRs), and analytical test procedures (ATPs).
- Operate and maintain analytical laboratory equipment in compliance with GLP regulations.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of Flow Cytometry, Multiplex, ELISPOT, and other instruments.
- Handle the inventory of chemicals, consumables, and critical reagents.
- Perform instrument and equipment calibration and troubleshoot performance issues.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and animal cell culture.
- Experience in cell-based assays.
Desirable Skills
- Experience handling flow cytometry.
- Familiarity with luminex/ELISA/ELISPOT and statistical software.
- In-silico immunogenicity assessment experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum: M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology / M.Tech in Biotechnology with 2-4 years of experience.
- Preferred: M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology with 2-5 years of experience.
