📝 Job Responsibilities
As an Executive – CQC (Product Quality Complaints), your key responsibilities will include:

- Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in TrackWise.
- Acknowledging complaints and following up with complainants for samples and additional data.
- Preparing and sending response letters to complainants.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across departments for effective complaint handling.
- Reconciling received market complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and quality standards.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- M.Sc in Life Sciences / B.Pharm
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years in pharmaceutical quality, QA, or compliance roles.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle computer applications and databases.
