Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager – Quality Control with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead our Quality Control team and ensure adherence to international quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc/MSc in Chemistry
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Standards: Implement and maintain quality procedures and systems to meet international standards.
- Equipment Calibration: Ensure calibration and validation of testing equipment and processes impacting product quality.
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP): Ensure adherence to GLP in all laboratory activities.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and document quality system issues, reporting performance to top management.
- Non-Conforming Products: Oversee resolution of deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions before product processing or delivery.
- Internal Audits: Conduct and coordinate internal audits across departments.
- System Development: Develop and maintain a robust quality system with regular updates for management review.
