Job Responsibilities

Study Support Assistant

As a Study Support Assistant, you will provide critical administrative and operational support for clinical trials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and distributing study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinating study-related meetings, maintaining minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
  • Maintaining study files to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Tracking and managing study-related materials and supplies.

Pharmacovigilance (PV) Associate/Senior PV Associate

As a PV Associate, you will ensure drug safety by managing adverse event reports and supporting pharmacovigilance activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing safety events for pre- and post-marketing products.
  • Conducting literature reviews to identify safety information.
  • Generating accurate data listings from safety databases.
  • Supporting signal detection, risk management, and safety reporting (e.g., PSMF, RMP, PBRER).
  • Collaborating with teams to address safety inquiries and support regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

Study Support Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical research.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pharmacovigilance (PV) Associate/Senior PV Associate

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices.
