Key Responsibilities โ Study Support Coordinator
- Participate in clinical trial study management meetings
- Perform LIMS data entry, sample registration, and QC checks
- Track and manage reference laboratory / 3PL results
- Support data cleaning and query resolution with CRAs
- Maintain documentation, logbooks, and filing systems
- Assist in study validations and test case execution
- Support quality audits and regulatory inspections
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers, CTAs, and study teams
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelorโs degree in:
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
- Chemistry or related life sciences field
Preferred
- Masterโs degree in life sciences
- 0โ1 year experience in:
- Clinical research
- Central laboratory
- Healthcare operations
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trials and GCP guidelines
- Knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Basic knowledge of data management and QC processes
