Responsibilities
As a Study Start Up Associate I at ICON, you will play a critical role in launching clinical trials. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting regulatory documents, such as clinical trial applications and ethics committee submissions.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals for study initiation.
- Maintaining accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Supporting the development of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures.
- Participating in study start-up meetings, providing insights on regulatory requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Preferably some experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs, though not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
