Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination of medical education courses and training programs
- Assist in marketing and sales-related event coordination
- Gather and analyze data from medical education initiatives
- Develop understanding of customer profiles, KOL engagement, and business strategy
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape in healthcare/medical devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program execution
- Ensure compliance with internal branding and communication guidelines
- Utilize tools for internal communication and reporting
- Support budgeting and training workflow processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Any Graduate)
- 0+ years experience (Freshers eligible)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
