Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technology Transfer activities at the site.
- Execute placebo, scale-up, and trial batches.
- Review and validate protocols and reports; oversee validation batches during manufacturing.
- Prepare scale-up and trial batch summaries to support product commercialization.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments to obtain analytical data for process optimization and validation batches.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of technology transfer processes.
- Experience in manufacturing validation and process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.
