- Ensuring compliance with ethical publication guidelines.
- Communicating with reviewers to manage deadlines and queries.
- Conducting data analysis to recognize and implement process improvements.
- Updating and maintaining content management systems.
- Collaborating with international editorial teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support.

Qualifications
