Key Responsibilities
As a Statistical Programmer II at ICON, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, validating, and maintaining complex SAS/R programs for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborating with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of study analyses.
- Preparing and reviewing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and programming specifications.
- Generating derived datasets (SDTM/ADaM) compliant with CDISC and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with ICH/GCP throughout the programming lifecycle.
- Mentoring junior programmers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in statistical programming in the clinical research domain.
- Strong proficiency in SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience with SDTM, ADaM, TLF, and clinical data management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in global teams.
