Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development of advanced probiotics, nutraceuticals, food supplements, and phyto-pharmaceutical products
- Design and execute stability studies, efficacy testing, and scale-up activities
- Prepare high-quality scientific manuscripts for publication in reputed peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and technology transfer
- Maintain detailed documentation as per regulatory and IP requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D or M.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in probiotic/nutraceutical formulation development
- Proven track record of scientific writing and publication in high-impact journals
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent command over technical documentation and presentation skills
Quality Assurance Executive – Nutraceuticals & Herbal Extracts
This critical role ensures that every product meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete documentation as per GMP, FSSAI, USFDA, and ISO requirements
- Conduct vendor qualification and raw material/product evaluation
- Handle certification processes (Organic, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO etc.)
- Support customer and regulatory audits
- Oversee labelling compliance, artwork approval, and traceability systems
- Maintain and improve the overall quality management system
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology or B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or pharmaceutical quality assurance
- In-depth knowledge of national and international regulatory guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and audit-facing capabilities
