Roles Available

1. API Quality Control (QC)

The QC team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished API products.
• Conduct stability studies, validation, and calibration of QC instruments.
• Maintain accurate documentation as per GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the laboratory.

2. Microbiology

The Microbiology department focuses on microbial testing to maintain sterile conditions and product safety.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform microbial limit tests, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring.
• Conduct bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) and pathogen identification.
• Maintain microbial cultures and prepare media.
• Monitor cleanroom conditions and validate sterilization processes.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with microbiological standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

For API QC:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry.
• Freshers welcome; experienced candidates with 4-5 years in API QC preferred.

For Microbiology:

• M.Sc in Biotechnology/Microbiology or B.Sc in Biotechnology.
• Freshers welcome; experienced candidates with 4-5 years in pharma microbiology preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Freshers: ₹1.7 – 2 LPA.
• Experienced (4-5 years): Negotiable, based on previous salary and performance during interview.
• Standard pharma industry benefits including PF, gratuity, and medical coverage (as per company policy).
• Note: Selected candidates will be required to sign a two-year agreement and submit any two original documents as per company terms.
