Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production executive (fresher), you will be involved in:
- Operating and monitoring upstream/downstream production processes for monoclonal antibodies
- Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards
- Assisting in batch manufacturing, fermentation, purification, and fill-finish operations
- Documentation of production activities and maintaining cleanroom protocols
- Collaborating with the team to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues
- Supporting scale-up activities in a state-of-the-art mammalian cell culture facility
This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment, ideal for building a strong foundation in biotech production.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Experience: Freshers only (2024/2025 passouts preferred)
- Gender Preference: Only male candidates
- Skills: Basic knowledge of biotechnology processes, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in shifts
