Job Responsibilities
Production (Nacharam)
- Operate and maintain packing machines like BQS, Blister, and HI Cart.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Participate in audits and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize production processes.
Warehouse (Nacharam)
- Manage dispatches, finished goods, and raw materials efficiently.
- Utilize SAP for inventory tracking and management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials per SOPs.
- Support audit readiness and compliance.
Quality Control – OSD (Nacharam)
- Perform HPLC, dissolutions, wet analysis, GC, KF stability, and UV/IR spectroscopy.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product compliance.
- Document results accurately and support audit processes.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
Quality Assurance – OSD & API (Nacharam & Bollaram)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA) and sampling.
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and cleaning validations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support audit exposure and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Inter, B.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Sc., or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-10 years in relevant pharmaceutical roles (OSD experience mandatory for Production and QC; API experience preferred for QA).
- Skills: Audit exposure is an added advantage; proficiency in SAP (Warehouse), HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy (QC); and IPQA or BMR review (QA).
- Other: Male candidates only; willingness to work in shifts.
