Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Packaging/Labeling Technician to oversee and execute critical packaging and labeling operations in compliance with GMP standards. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packaging who can ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform secondary packaging activities within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines among team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in equipment qualification (FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) and SOP development.
  • Operate GPMS systems for Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and train personnel.
  • Successfully manage client, regulatory, and internal audits.
  • Oversee machine maintenance and provide operational training to new hires.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with client service and project teams.
  • Manage clinical label printing activities using specialized software.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Pharm / M.Sc.: Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
  • B.Sc. (Science): Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of GMP, Schedule M, and GMP documentation.
  • Experience in GMP investigations and equipment qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and team management.
  • Knowledge of clinical labeling software (preferred).
