Key Responsibilities

As a Process and Quality Analyst, you will:

• Oversee and assist with the import and creation of protocols on protocols.io.
• Perform quality checks of imported protocols and provide timely feedback.
• Schedule and lead weekly team discussions on quality issues and process updates.
• Address and resolve process-related queries effectively.
• Review and update documentation related to quality and training.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Engage with protocol authors for ownership transfer and revisions.
• Moderate new content submissions, accounts, and workspaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech/M.Tech (Life Sciences), B.Sc./M.Sc. (Life Sciences), BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Ph.D. (Pharma/Life Science).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Scientific and Medical Writing (24+ months).
• Strong knowledge of scientific research methods and the research process.
• Hands-on experience with protocols.io is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpretation skills.
• Prior experience with curational editing or publishing is desirable.
