Job Description: Editorial Advisor
The Editorial Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting the manuscript publication process—from submission to production—for Nature Research journals.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct initial quality checks (AIP/RC) on manuscripts using predefined checklists.
✔ Communicate effectively with editors and senior editors regarding manuscript queries.
✔ Maintain project logs, reports, and track progress within set timelines.
✔ Ensure adherence to SLAs while meeting quality and productivity targets.
✔ Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Experience:
✅ 1+ years in a relevant field
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Strong organizational & time-management abilities
- Decision-making & logical reasoning skills
Educational Qualification:
🎓 Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences
