Responsibilities
As a Specialist in Analytical R&D at Aurigene, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing API development through precise analytical strategies. Your key responsibilities include:
- Method Development: Design and validate robust analytical methods in compliance with ICH guidelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Impurity Analysis: Identify and characterize impurities using advanced techniques like NMR, MS, and IR spectroscopy.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets and present clear, actionable insights to support API development and regulatory submissions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align analytical strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in analytical research and development. The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: M.Sc. or M.Pharm with 10+ years of experience in Analytical R&D, or PhD/Postdoc with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in NMR, MS, IR, and other analytical techniques for API characterization.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ICH guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Proven track record in method development and impurity analysis in a pharmaceutical or CRDMO setting.
