Job Responsibilities
Production Injectables
- Chemists: Oversee compounding processes (CIP/SIP), ensure compliance with GMP standards, and maintain documentation for regulatory audits.
- Operators: Manage autoclave operations, vial filling, and vial washing, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
Production OSD
- Operators: Handle granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, blister, and bottle packing operations with precision and efficiency.
QA-IPQA Injectables
- Chemists: Provide line clearance for production manufacturing areas, conduct in-process quality checks, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
QA-Validation Injectables
- Officers/Executives: Validate injectable equipment (e.g., filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves) and maintain validation protocols for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Production Injectables (Chemists): M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy with 4-8 years of experience in compounding (CIP/SIP).
- Production Injectables (Operators): ITI or Diploma with 4-8 years of experience in autoclave, vial filling, or vial washing operations.
- Production OSD (Operators): ITI or Diploma with 4-8 years of experience in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or packing.
- QA-IPQA Injectables (Chemists): M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy with 4-8 years of experience in in-process quality assurance.
- QA-Validation Injectables (Officers/Executives): ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharmacy with 3-7 years of experience in injectable equipment validation.
- Mandatory: Formulation experience in injectables or OSD.
- Preference: Male candidates and immediate joiners.
