Key Responsibilities (Role-wise Highlights)
Production (OSD & Injectable):
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packing lines
- Execute batch manufacturing & packing as per cGMP
- Handle documentation (BMR/BPR) and line clearance
Quality Assurance:
- IPQA, validation, QMS, and change control
- Batch release and deviation handling
Quality Control:
- Analysis of RM, in-process, FP, stability, and microbiology samples
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments
Regulatory Affairs:
- Dossier preparation, deficiency responses, and variation filings
Warehouse:
- Raw material & packing material dispensing, SAP transactions, cold-chain management
