Key Responsibilities
As a CRC Trainee, you will support the clinical research team in daily site activities:
- Maintain source documents, CRFs, eCRFs, and the Investigator Site File per ICH-GCP guidelines
- Assist in site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
- Manage Investigational Product storage and temperature tracking
- Coordinate ethics committee (EC) submissions and meeting organization
- Handle safety reporting within required timelines
- Support patient screening, selection, and recruitment
- Assist with the Informed Consent Process (ICF)
- Coordinate with local and central laboratories
- Ensure proper documentation and follow compliance standards
Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification
- Life Science or Pharmacy graduates (BSc, MSc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm)
Experience
- Freshers eligible
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication and documentation skills
