Job Title: Quality Control Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Analysis:
- Sampling, inspection, and testing of materials.
- Identifying and highlighting defects in incoming materials.
- Quality Control Documentation:
- Maintaining accurate and detailed QC documentation.
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Lab Instrumentation:
- Setting up, handling, and calibrating lab instruments.
- Conducting various lab tests including Refractive Index, Specific Gravity, Optical Rotation, Acidity, Fatty Acid, L.O.D, PH, GC, GCMS, etc.
- Product Approval:
- Approving products for dispatch.
- Good Laboratory Practices:
- Ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices.
- Handling quality claims and related matters.
- Learning and Development:
- Willingness to learn olfactory and taste evaluation.
- Controlling and overseeing the sampling department.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Knowledge of KOSHER, HALAL, MSDS.
- Formulating essential oils and herbal extracts.
- Export Documentation:
- Handling lab-related export documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in quality control.
- Familiarity with lab tests and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Understanding of KOSHER, HALAL, and MSDS requirements.
- Willingness to learn new evaluation techniques.
- Experience with essential oils and herbal extract formulation is a plus.
