Indero (formerly Innovaderm), a global Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and leader in dermatology and rheumatology clinical trials, is hiring a Site Visit Report Reviewer (SVRR) in India.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Site Visit Report Reviewer, your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of monitoring visit reports across global studies.
Your key duties will include:
- Reviewing and approving site visit reports to verify that issues and action items are properly documented and resolved within 60 days.
- Ensuring monitoring is conducted per the Clinical Monitoring Plan (CMP) and ICH-GCP standards.
- Following up with CRAs for timely completion of site visit reports and follow-up letters.
- Tracking report and letter metrics and maintaining an issue escalation log.
- Collaborating with project teams to identify trends, CRA performance concerns, and opportunities to enhance reporting guidelines.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Previous CRA experience or prior involvement in reviewing site visit reports is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and global clinical trial regulations.
- Excellent English communication (oral and written).
- Proficiency in CTMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving abilities.
