As a Site Solutions Executive, you will:

- Coordinate and facilitate clinical trial activities at sites in compliance with GCP guidelines and local regulations.
- Support Principal Investigators (PIs) and site teams to meet sponsor and regulatory requirements.
- Perform timely data entry of Case Record Forms (CRFs/eCRFs).
- Maintain essential trial documents, including the Trial Master File.
- Assist with site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Coordinate submissions to Ethics Committees and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee Investigational Product (IP) and lab kit accountability, storage, and dispensing.
- Organize and monitor lab sample pickups and reporting.
- Support patient enrolment, screening, and scheduling per protocol.
- Facilitate communication between investigators, sponsors, and CROs.
- Respond to audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
🎓 Qualifications
To apply, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, OR a medical, dental, or nursing qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience at clinical research sites (if degree exceptions).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one Indian language.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with clinical trial documentation, GCP, and patient safety.
