Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process site payments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
✅ Verify payment details for precision and regulatory adherence.
✅ Ensure timely payment processing to meet deadlines.
✅ Address and resolve site-related inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
✅ Maintain clear communication regarding payment statuses and resolutions.
✅ Work with internal teams to resolve site concerns efficiently.
✅ Identify and implement process improvements for better payment processing.
✅ Follow company policies, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Required).
✔ 2-4 years of accounts payable experience (or equivalent education/training).
✔ Knowledge of revenue recognition, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
✔ Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project and Microsoft Office.
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
