1. Study Support
- Coordinate site logistics (equipment, supplies, documentation)
- Prepare and deliver study & patient recruitment materials
- Ensure translation accuracy of clinical documents
- Provide remote CRA support and follow-up on monitoring actions
2. Documentation Management
- Support Trial Master File (TMF) activities (country & site level)
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Assist in audit readiness and documentation accuracy
3. Site Payments & Operations
- Manage site invoices and payment verification
- Process payments for sites, EC/IRB, and start-up activities
- Track and report payments to investigators and HCPs

- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Minimum 3 years experience in:
- Clinical trials
- Pharmacovigilance
- Clinical operations / research
- Knowledge of global and regional regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational & time management skills

- Strong communication skills in English
