Job Title: Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee
Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Kit Material Supply (KMS) systems per project requirements.
- Enter and review work orders in the database.
- Adjust inventory levels of collection kits based on site reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve kit supply issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist Investigator sites with resupply requests.
- Customize KMS systems to meet site-specific needs.
- Support Technical Administrators (TAs) with database instructions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Document and report service failures to management.

- Soft Skills: Teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication.
