Key Responsibilities

As a Site Contract Manager at IQVIA, you will:

• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal texts to support study proposals.
• Maintain contract templates, budgeting tools, and training materials for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for efficient study initiation and maintenance.
• Assist in creating and reviewing scientific, technical, and administrative documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate accurate contracting intelligence.
• Ensure contracting efficiency, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain internal systems like CTMS, tracking tools, and project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Ability to prepare proposals, budgets, and bid grids.
• Team player capable of working in a matrix environment.
