Key Responsibilities

As an Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in customer support and advanced application management for Siemens Healthineers’ Healthcare Lab Diagnostics products. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering scientific support and advanced application services for healthcare lab diagnostic products.
  2. Educating customers on optimal usage of applications to maximize performance.
  3. Conducting comprehensive training tailored to customer needs.
  4. Configuring software applications to meet specific customer requirements.
  5. Acting as the interface between customers and application providers to resolve issues and enhance features.
  6. Supporting the sales team by providing product demonstrations.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. or B.Tech in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience Required:

  • Over 2 years of experience as an Applications or Product Specialist in a related field.
  • Fluency in English for international training sessions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% as part of the role.
