Key Responsibilities
As an Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in customer support and advanced application management for Siemens Healthineers’ Healthcare Lab Diagnostics products. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering scientific support and advanced application services for healthcare lab diagnostic products.
- Educating customers on optimal usage of applications to maximize performance.
- Conducting comprehensive training tailored to customer needs.
- Configuring software applications to meet specific customer requirements.
- Acting as the interface between customers and application providers to resolve issues and enhance features.
- Supporting the sales team by providing product demonstrations.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or B.Tech in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience Required:
- Over 2 years of experience as an Applications or Product Specialist in a related field.
- Fluency in English for international training sessions.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% as part of the role.
