- R&D (Research Scientist): B.Sc./M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/Chemistry with 2-4 years of experience in research and development of chemical intermediates.
- QA/QC (Officer): B.Sc./M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry with 0-4 years of experience in quality testing and compliance.
- Production (Supervisor): B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2-4 years of experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
- Stores (Assistant): Any graduate with 0-4 years of experience in material management, inventory control, and stores operations.
- Safety Officer: Any graduate with 2-4 years of experience in implementing safety protocols in a chemical or pharma environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research, synthesis, and process development (R&D).
- Performing quality testing, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance (QA/QC).
- Overseeing production operations, batch processing, and team supervision (Production).
- Managing inventory, material receipt/dispatch, and stock maintenance (Stores).
- Developing safety policies, conducting audits, and promoting a safe workplace (Safety).
Required Qualifications and Experience
