Job Responsibilities
Quality Control – Analyst
- Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pellets.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality control processes.
Quality Assurance – Executive
- Oversee quality systems and SOP compliance in pellet manufacturing.
- Perform audits and risk assessments to uphold product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
FR&D – Executive / Sr Executive
- Develop and optimize pellet formulations for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct stability studies and scale-up experiments.
- Support regulatory submissions with detailed documentation.
FBC – Operators
- Operate fluid bed coating equipment for pellet production.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
Warehouse – Sr Executive
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical materials.
- Coordinate logistics and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or relevant degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in pellet manufacturing (mandatory).
- Skills: Knowledge of cGMP, analytical testing, formulation development, or warehouse management.
