Job Responsibilities
As an Operator/Sr. Operator in Shilpa Medicare’s Formulation Division, you will:
- Operate and maintain equipment for wet granulation, compression, and coating machine operations.
- Handle roll compactors and hot melt extrusion (HME) processes with precision.
- Perform visual inspection, blister packing, cartonator operations, serialization, and bottle packing.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packing.
