Key Responsibilities
As a Senior TMF Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF) across assigned clinical trials
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and quality of TMF documentation throughout the trial lifecycle
- Coordinating with clinical study teams for timely collection and filing of essential documents
- Performing TMF audits, QC reviews, and inspection readiness activities
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory authority, and sponsor requirements
- Providing expert TMF guidance and support to internal stakeholders
Eligibility & Qualifications
To be eligible for this Senior TMF Specialist job in India, candidates should have:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field
- Masterโs degree (M.Pharm, MSc, MPH) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in TMF management or clinical research operations
- Strong knowledge of TMF Reference Model, ICH-GCP, and global regulatory guidelines
- Hands-on experience with eTMF systems and document management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
